Any apartment presented on our site, you can book a specific date when the term rental of 3 or more days.

In term of lease of 1-2 days we do not guarantee a specific apartment booking in advance. In this case, we offer the following options:

• You can send us a request, if we find a window between the two reserved dates (Eg, on the day of your arrival apartment just released), then we can guarantee you concrete apartment.
• Check on the fact of arrival.
• You can pay for the third night stay and reserve any apartment, presented on our site.

You can call us on arrival in Kiev (from airport) and we have 15 minutes to offer you free at this time flat. Address and exact price, we can only say the day of your arrival. Estimated time

• Check-in time - 13:00
• Check-out time - 12:00, regardless of time of your arrival.

• Early arrival or late departure is possible with advance booking during the booking.

Prepayment

Customer guarantees apartment reservation by prepayment:
When booking an apartment for holidays (New Year) at some of the apartments is taken prepayment for the entire stay in advance.
Prepayment is included in the total amount and is deducted at final settlement. Reservation dates are not transferred. On the day of arrival, you must pay for all reserved nights net payment.

Reservation is valid only after receipt of payment.

Order cancellation

In case of cancellation 15 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged

• In case of cancellation up to 4 days before date of arrival, 50% of the cost of one night.
• If canceled later or in case of no arrival, the total price of 1 day.

Force - Major

• Reserved apartment can be replaced by the recipient by the same, only case of force majeure (an accident in the house on the street, problems with water, electricity, removed from the apartment daily rent).
• In the case of force majeure, the apartment will be replaced by another one in the same class, location and value.

The price of an apartment to rent include:

• The price includes rental of apartment, not a bed;
• Maid service, including replacement of bed linen and towels, once in 4 days at your convenience time.
• Bedding, towels (face, bath, feet)
• Disposable slippers, shower gel, shampoo, soap, cosmetic set (all and individual packing)
• Internet
• Phone (by city)

The cost of apartments for rent does not include:

• Washing, ironing, dry cleaning of personal belongings of clients;
• Additional cleaning (more than 1 time in 4 days) is paid for separately, price 50 UAH.
